Cancellation/Substitution Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing either by fax to 416-595-8226, or by e-mail to conference@iecanada.com. For cancellations on, or before October 6th, 2008, there will be a $100 charge for administration. After October 6th, cancellations will not be accepted: substitutions are always welcomed
