Cancellation/Substitution Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing (by fax to 416-595-8226 or email to conference@iecanada.com. For cancellations on, or before May 12, 2009, there will be a $100 charge for administration. After May 12th, cancellations will not be accepted; however, substitutions are always welcome.
